Get Fit Cardio warranties every treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, rower, and home gym that we sell with a "better than" industry standard warranty. All the fitness machines that we sell come with a comprehensive warranty that can be found below, and in each product page description.
Standard Warranty: Honored by Get Fit Cardio, LLC.
• 10-Year Frame, 3-Year Parts, 120-Day (In-home) Labor.
* Includes damage caused by normal wear and tear, during normal usage. General maintenance not included in warranty.
10 Point Quality Assurance Shipping Process
Our products are put through a rigorous quality assurance process before they are shipped.
1.) Machine reset to original factory settings.
2.) iFIT tested to ensure the operating system works correctly.
3.) Physically tested to ensure all mechanical functions work correctly.
4.) Visually inspected to ensure no broken or loose parts.
5.) Visually inspected to ensure no missing bolts or screws.
6.) Deep clean performed on entire machine to make showroom ready.
7.) Console and screen protected with foam and wrapped in plastic.
8.) Strapped to a pallet to ensure no movement during shipping.
9.) Covered (top to bottom) with thick plastic to ensure moisture stays out.
10.) Final quality assurance inspection made before being shipped.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the purchase (i.e.buyers remorse), you may request a return within 30 days after your delivery date.
Due to the cost of shipping our products Get Fit Cardio does not offer refunds for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product, unless it has been diagnosed by our technician as mechanically unrepairable.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returning your product may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly (if applicable), or accidents. If your equipment is missing parts when the return is received, you may be charged a restocking fee. Get Fit Cardio will assess the condition of the returned product and either grant or deny a refund.
Refusing your order upon delivery: if your machine is damaged when your order arrives, we recommend that you take pictures of the damage then refuse to accept the shipment. If you refuse to take delivery of your machine for any other reason than obvious damage (that can be confirmed), you will be charged for return shipping.
* Your machine must be placed back onto the pallet that it was shipped on, and tightly strapped down with large plastic ties (available at Home Depot).
* Get Fit Cardio and its shipping carriers are NOT responsible for moving your machine into, or out of your home. Neither are we or our carriers responsible for retrieving the machine from inside your home for returns. This includes basements, up stairs, attics, bedrooms or any other location inside the residence or business.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 5 to 7 business days. Some banks and credit unions may take longer to process your credit, please contact your banking institution with questions about when you can expect to see your refund credit.
