Preparing for Delivery

For the best delivery experience, please be prepared for delivery on your scheduled delivery day.

What the delivery driver will not do:

1. Driver will not enter your home for any reason (we do not offer white-glove delivery).
2. Driver cannot unload your order onto grass, dirt, gravel or pavers etc.
3. Driver cannot carry your order anywhere, this includes porches, decks etc.

What the delivery driver can do:

1. Driver can unload onto concrete or pavement with a smooth surface.
2. If accessible, driver can unload close to the home or driveway.

We deliver to Las Vegas and the surrounding area (within 20 miles of zip code 89102) from our Las Vegas Store.

Local delivery is free for orders over $599.00.
Orders under $599.00 delivery fee is $125.00.

Local Delivery Details:

• We'll call you to schedule your delivery date and time.
• Equipment placed in garage or driveway (must be accessible).

* Delivery personnel cannot enter the home.
